Do I qualify for the EB-1A?

I can demonstrate extraordinary ability in science, art, education, business, or athletics through consistent national or international acclaim.  My achievements are recognized in my field and are extensively documented.  I am coming to the United States to work in the area of my extraordinary ability for the purpose of benefiting the USA.  However, I do not necessarily need to have an offer of employment. 

Do I meet the 10 Criteria of the EB-1A? 

I have documentation indicating I have received a nationally or internationally recognized prize or award of excellence in my field.  

I have evidence of my authorship of scholarly articles in my field, in professional or major trade publications or other major media.

I have documentation indicating I have received a nationally or internationally recognized prize or award of excellence in my field. 

I have evidence of the display of my work in the field at artistic exhibitions or showcases.

I have published material in professional or major trade publications, or in other major media, relating to my extraordinary ability.  This includes the material's title, date, and author, along with any necessary translation. 

I have evidence that I performed in a leading or critical role for organizations or establishments that have a distinguished reputation.

I have evidence of my participation, either individually or in a panel, as a judge of others' work in my area of extraordinary ability or allied field of specialization.

I have evidence that I commanded a high salary or other significantly high remuneration for services, in relation to others in the field.

I have evidence of my original scientific, scholarly, artistic, athletic, or business-related contributions of major significance in my area of extraordinary ability.

I have evidence of commercial success in the performing arts, as shown by box office receipts or record, cassette, compact disk, or video sales.  If the standards do not readily apply to my occupation, the petitioner may submit comparable evidence to establish my eligibility.
